Affiliate Policy

01Approval

Launch Ninjas, Inc. ("we", "us") approves or declines every affiliate request at its sole discretion. We may ask who you are, where you plan to promote, and to see your audience before we approve you. A complete PayKickstart profile with a real name, a working website or social profile, and a payout method is required. Approval can be withdrawn at any time.

02Commissions

• 30% of the first payment on every sale you refer: Starter, Growth and Enterprise, monthly or annual, and the Growth lifetime deal.
• 10% of every rebill (renewal payment) on a subscription you referred, for as long as the customer stays subscribed and you remain an affiliate in good standing.
• There are no second-tier commissions. Recruiting other affiliates earns nothing.
• Commissions are calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after any discount and before sales tax or VAT. Payments that fail, are refunded, or are disputed earn nothing.
• A sale is credited to the affiliate PayKickstart's tracking records for that order. Our and PayKickstart's records decide every attribution question, and that decision is final.

03When Commissions Are Paid

Every commission starts as pending. It becomes payable 30 days after the payment it was earned on, which covers our 7-day money-back guarantee and the 14-day right of withdrawal European customers have by law. Payable commissions are paid once a month, on or about the 15th, for every commission that became payable in the month before. Payouts are made through PayKickstart to the payout method on your profile. A payable balance under $50 rolls over to the next month.

We do not pay instant commissions on NewsMasher.

04Refunds, Chargebacks and PayPal Disputes

If a referred customer gets a refund, files a chargeback, or opens a PayPal dispute or claim on a payment, the commission on that payment is reversed. This applies whether the commission is pending or already paid, for up to 180 days after the payment, which is how long card networks and PayPal allow a customer to dispute it.

• A reversed commission that was already paid is deducted from your next commissions.
• If your balance goes negative, no further commissions are paid until it is back above zero.
• If you leave the program or are removed while your balance is negative, the amount is a debt you owe Launch Ninjas, Inc., and we may collect it.

05Self-Purchases Are Not Allowed

You may not buy NewsMasher through your own affiliate link, or through any link or coupon that credits you. This includes purchases by you, anyone in your household, your business or its staff, or any account you create, fund or control. Self-purchases earn no commission. Any commission already paid on one is reversed, and the affiliate account may be banned from this and every other Launch Ninjas product.

06Fraud

Any of the following gets you removed from the program, and every commission you have not been paid is forfeited:

• Buying, or arranging for someone to buy, through your link and then asking for a refund or opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute.
• Paying, rebating, or splitting your commission with a buyer, or promising a buyer anything in exchange for using your link, without our written approval.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or prepaid cards, or fake or throwaway accounts.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, iframes, or anything that sets your tracking without a visitor knowingly clicking your link.
• Taking credit for sales you did not refer, or interfering with another affiliate's tracking.
• A refund and dispute rate on your referred sales far above the program average. We review this rate monthly, and a high rate can put your commissions on hold while we look into it.

We report fraud to PayKickstart, and we may report it to the payment processors and to the authorities. Fraud we have to absorb can be recovered from you under section 04.

07How You May Promote NewsMasher

Allowed: your own website, blog, email list, social accounts, YouTube channel, webinars, and paid ads that follow the rules below.

Not allowed:

• Spam of any kind: unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages, comment spam, or posting in groups that forbid it. Every email you send must follow the CAN-SPAM Act and the anti-spam laws where your readers live.
• Bidding on "NewsMasher", "News Masher", "Launch Ninjas", "Masher", or any misspelling of them in Google, Bing, Meta, or any other ad platform, and registering domains, usernames or social handles that contain them.
• Coupon, deal, cashback, or rebate sites, unless we approve them in writing.
• Pretending to be NewsMasher, Launch Ninjas, Damon Nelson, or Wayne Atkinson, or presenting your page as our official site or support.
• Copying or framing newsmasher.com, or any page on it.

08Truthful Claims and Disclosure

Say only what the product does. Do not promise traffic, rankings, income, or any result we do not promise ourselves. Do not invent features, prices, discounts, deadlines, testimonials, or bonuses. Use the prices and plan details on newsmasher.com as they are on the day you promote. Any bonus you offer is yours to deliver.

You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and close to every link, as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides require, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." A disclosure hidden in a footer or a separate page is not enough.

09Customers Belong to NewsMasher

The customer's account, billing and support stay with us. Do not collect a customer's login, card details or payment on our behalf. Send support questions to support@newsmasher.com.

10Changes and Termination

We may change commission rates, payout timing or these terms. Changes apply to sales made after we post them on PayKickstart or tell you by email. Either side may end this relationship at any time. If you leave in good standing, commissions already earned are paid on the normal schedule once they pass the 30-day hold and any open dispute is resolved. If you are removed for breaking these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

11Independent Contractor, Taxes and Law

You promote NewsMasher as an independent contractor, not as our employee, agent or partner. You are responsible for your own taxes. PayKickstart may ask for a W-9 or W-8 before you are paid, and we will not pay a commission until the form it asks for is on file. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
