01Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern (a) the use of NewsMasher.com and the NewsMasher platform, and (b) any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner. Capitalized words are defined in Section 12 of this document. Please read carefully before using the Service.

By Using NewsMasher You Confirm That:

• You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms
• You are an adult as defined by applicable law in your jurisdiction
• If using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms
• NewsMasher is part of the broader Masher Tools ecosystem, which also includes MarketMasher, VidMasher, AIMasher, RSSMasher, BookMasher, BotMasher, and BoosterPages, all operated by Launch Ninjas, Inc.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or platform.

02Account Registration

To use the Service, Users must register or create a User account, providing all required data or information in a complete and truthful manner. Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the Service.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and safe. By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password. Users must immediately inform the Owner at support@newsmasher.com if they believe their personal information, access credentials, or account has been compromised.

Account Termination

Users can terminate their account and stop using the Service at any time by contacting the Owner directly. Upon termination, any remaining Starter Credits are forfeited. Masher Credits are cross-platform and governed by the broader Masher ecosystem terms; please contact support@newsmasher.com regarding Masher Credit balances upon account closure.

Account Suspension and Deletion

The Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, User accounts that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. The suspension or deletion of User accounts shall not entitle Users to any claims for compensation, damages, or reimbursement. Suspension due to causes attributable to the User does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees.

03Credit System, Starter Credits and Masher Credits

NewsMasher operates on a credit-based system to power its AI-driven discovery, writing, image and social tasks. There are two types of credits. Starter Credits are tied to your NewsMasher account and plan and can only be used here. Masher Credits are different: they never expire, roll over indefinitely, and work across every tool in the Masher ecosystem. Understanding the difference is important for managing your account.

3.1 Starter Credits, Full Terms

• Starter Credits belong exclusively to NewsMasher and cannot be transferred to or used on any other Masher product (MarketMasher, VidMasher, AIMasher, RSSMasher, BookMasher, BotMasher, BoosterPages, or any future tools)
• Every account starts with a free allocation of Starter Credits at signup
• Paid plans refill Starter Credits monthly, in the amount that belongs to your plan. On each billing anniversary your Starter Credit balance is set to your plan's full monthly amount; unused Starter Credits do not carry over. For example, if your plan includes 1,000 credits and you have 300 remaining at renewal, your new balance is 1,000, not 1,300.
• Starter Credits are forfeited upon voluntary account termination or discontinuation of the NewsMasher product

3.2 Masher Credits, Full Terms

• Masher Credits are a universal, cross-platform currency; they can be used on any Masher tool: NewsMasher, MarketMasher, VidMasher, AIMasher, RSSMasher, BookMasher, BotMasher, BoosterPages, and any future products in the ecosystem
• Masher Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely; unused credits stay in your balance until you choose to use them, with no monthly reset and no expiration date
• Unlike Starter Credits, Masher Credits are not tied to any single product or billing cycle; they are yours to use across the entire Masher ecosystem at any time
• Masher Credits may be purchased in bundles, earned through promotional programs, awarded as bonuses, or granted through referral offers at the Owner's discretion
• Masher Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other user accounts or third parties

3.3 Credit Priority and Deduction Order

When you run a task on NewsMasher, credits are consumed in the following order:

1. Starter Credits first. Starter Credits are drawn before any other credit type.
2. Masher Credits second. Once Starter Credits are exhausted, Masher Credits are used automatically, topped up from your Masher Credits account.

3.4 Credit Usage Transparency

NewsMasher is committed to full credit transparency before every task:

• Every AI action has a fixed credit price, and every button in the app shows what it will cost before you click
• Nothing is charged for discovery until a Keyword Feed runs, and nothing is charged for a story until you write it. Skipping a story is free.
• You will not be charged credits for tasks that fail to complete due to platform errors on our end

3.5 What Affects Credit Cost

• Article length: Short, Standard and Long articles each carry their own price, chosen per feed, per write, and as an account default
• Image quality: a Medium quality or High quality feature image carries its own price; using the publisher's own image, where available and permitted, is free
• Social posts: turning an article into posts for all of your connected networks is one flat price
• Discovery runs and HookMachine scripts: each run and each script carries a flat price
• Free actions: category auto-filing, source images, uploads and skips cost nothing

A detailed breakdown of credit usage by feature is provided in Appendix A at the end of this document.

3.6 Credit Refund Policy

Credits consumed by successfully completed tasks are non-refundable. Credits consumed by tasks that fail due to a platform error (not User error) will be restored upon review. Credit restoration requests must be submitted to support@newsmasher.com within 30 days of the incident, with a description of the affected task.

04Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on this Website and platform is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. The Owner undertakes its utmost effort to ensure that the content provided on this Website does not infringe any applicable legal provisions or third-party rights.

Owner's Rights, All Rights Reserved

The Owner holds and reserves all intellectual property rights for platform content. Users may not copy, download, share beyond the limits set forth below, modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer, or assign to third parties, or create derivative works from the content available on this Website, nor allow any third party to do so.

User-Generated Content

NewsMasher processes content you supply, including keywords, Writing Profiles, connected sites and accounts, brand assets, clipped pages, uploaded images and text inputs, in order to find, write, dress, publish and promote articles on your behalf. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you supply to the platform. The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or fitness of any User-supplied content.

Articles are written from the facts in publicly available reporting, in the User's own words and voice. The User is responsible for reviewing and publishing that output in compliance with applicable law and the policies of the sites and networks it is published to.

You retain ownership of the outputs generated by NewsMasher based on your inputs, subject to the software license terms below.

Software License

Any intellectual or industrial property rights on software or technical applications embedded in or related to this Website are held by the Owner and/or its licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Owner grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the software within the scope and for the purposes of this Website and the Service.

This license does not grant Users any rights to access, use, or disclose the original source code. All rights and license grants to Users shall immediately terminate upon any termination or expiration of the Agreement.

API and Extension Usage

Users may access their data relating to this Website via the Application Program Interface (API), including through the NewsMasher browser extension and any site that exposes an MCP server for publishing. Any use of the API, including use through a third-party product or service, is bound by these Terms. The Owner bears no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from the User's use of the API or third-party products that access data through the API.

05Acceptable Use

NewsMasher and its Service may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use does not violate any applicable law, regulations, or third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

The Owner reserves the right to deny access, terminate contracts, and report misconduct to appropriate authorities if Users engage in any of the following:

• Violating laws, regulations, and/or these Terms
• Infringing any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Using the Service to generate spam, deceptive advertising, misinformation, or content that violates any platform policies of social media networks, ad platforms, or search engines
• Using the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Owner's proprietary systems, algorithms, AI prompts, or platform data
• Sharing account credentials, API keys, or credits with unauthorized third parties
• Using automated tools or bots to access the Service in ways not permitted by the platform
• Any other conduct the Owner reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its Users, or third parties

06Paid Plans and Subscriptions

Some features and services provided through NewsMasher are available on a paid basis. The fees, duration, and conditions applicable to each Product are described in the relevant sections of this Website.

Product Description and Pricing

Prices, descriptions, or availability of Products are subject to change without notice. While Products on this Website are presented with the greatest accuracy technically possible, representations are for reference only and imply no warranty as to characteristics of the purchased Product. Users are informed of all applicable fees, taxes, and costs before order submission.

Payment Processing

All payments are independently processed through third-party payment services. NewsMasher does not collect or store payment card information; it receives only a notification once payment has been successfully completed. If a payment fails or is refused, the Owner reserves the right to claim related expenses or damages from the User.

Subscription Types

Free Trial

A free trial account carries the limits described on this Website at the time of signup, with the Starter Credits issued at signup. No payment card is required to start a trial.

Monthly Subscription

Paid subscriptions begin on the day payment is received. Starter Credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and reset on renewal; unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Failure to pay the required recurring fee in a timely manner may cause service interruption.

Annual Subscription

Billed once a year at the annual rate shown on this Website. Starter Credits are issued monthly for the life of the subscription and reset each month; unused credits do not carry over. Failure to renew at the end of the annual term ends access to paid features.

Cancellation

Open-ended subscriptions may be terminated at any time by sending a clear termination notice to the Owner or using the corresponding controls within the Application. Terminations take effect 1 day after the notice is received. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period; Starter Credits remaining at that point are forfeited.

07Refunds and Guarantees

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

NewsMasher comes with a 7-day no questions asked money-back guarantee on paid plans, beginning on the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@newsmasher.com within 7 days and we will refund your payment in full.

What Is Covered

• Monthly subscriptions, first payment only; subsequent renewals are not eligible once a billing cycle has started
• Annual subscriptions, first payment only, within 7 days of purchase; renewals are not eligible once a new term has started
• Broken functionality: if a reported issue cannot be resolved within 10 business days, a refund will be issued regardless of the 7-day window

Exclusions, No Refund

• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date
• Credits already consumed running tasks; only the unused portion may be considered
• Personal results, traffic, engagement, or business outcomes; the guarantee covers software functionality only
• Features affected by changes made by third-party platforms, publishers, or AI providers outside our control
• Accidental or third-party purchases; any purchase made by you or on your behalf is subject to this policy

How to Request a Refund

Open a ticket at our support desk inside members.newsmasher.com, the fastest route, or email support@newsmasher.com with the subject line "Refund Request", before your 7-day window closes. Include your name, purchase email address, and order number. No explanation is required. We will confirm within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Account access is revoked upon refund confirmation.

EU Consumer, Right of Withdrawal

Users who are European Consumers are granted a statutory right to withdraw from contracts entered into online within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Users who correctly withdraw will be reimbursed for all payments made, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the Owner receiving the withdrawal notice.

UK Consumer, Right to Cancel

Users who are Consumers in the United Kingdom have a legal right to cancel contracts made online within 14 days, for any reason. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the Owner being informed of the decision to cancel.

08Liability and Indemnification

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and platform are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner expressly disclaims all conditions, representations, and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Important: AI-written articles, images and social posts produced by NewsMasher should be reviewed by the User before use. The Owner makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content, including its treatment of the facts in the source reporting it was written from.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data
• Any damage resulting from hacking, tampering, or unauthorized access to the Service or User account
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• The performance, unavailability, or pricing changes of any third-party AI provider, publishing platform, or social network integrated with NewsMasher
• Loss or forfeiture of credits caused by voluntary account termination or account closure

In no event shall the Owner's total liability exceed the amount paid by the User to the Owner in the preceding 12 months, or the period of duration of this Agreement between the Owner and User, whichever is shorter.

Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Owner and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• User's use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted by User
• User's violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• User's violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content submitted from User's account, and any content published to a site or network from User's account
• User's wilful misconduct or negligence

09Third-Party AI Services and External Resources

NewsMasher integrates with third-party AI providers and external APIs to deliver its core features. These may include large language model providers, image generation services, news and search data providers, publishing platforms, social scheduling services, and automation services such as webhooks.

User Acknowledgments

• The Owner has no control over the availability, accuracy, pricing, or policy changes made by third-party AI providers, publishers, or social networks
• Third-party service outages or changes may temporarily affect the availability or cost of certain features within NewsMasher
• Credit pricing for specific tasks may be updated when underlying third-party API costs change materially; see Section 10 for the change notification process
• Any access to external resources through this Website is governed by those third parties' own terms and conditions
• The Owner is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services accessed through or integrated with this Website, including the publications whose reporting a story is written from

10Changes to Terms and Credit Pricing

The Owner reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by changes, they must stop using the Service and may terminate the Agreement.

Credit Pricing Changes, Specific Rules

• The Owner will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before any change in credit pricing or credit allocation takes effect, except in cases of emergency, force majeure, or third-party cost increases beyond the Owner's control
• Pricing changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders and/or via in-platform notification
• The credit usage appendix (Appendix A) may be updated from time to time without formal amendment of these Terms, as it reflects figures subject to change based on AI provider pricing

11General Provisions

No Waiver

The Owner's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision.

Service Interruption

The Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or other changes, informing Users appropriately. The Owner may also suspend or discontinue the Service altogether; in such cases, it will cooperate with Users to enable withdrawal of Personal Data and will respect applicable rights relating to continued product use and/or compensation.

No Reselling

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this Website or its Service without the Owner's express prior written permission.

Privacy Policy

To learn more about the use of Personal Data, please refer to the Privacy Policy available at NewsMasher.com/privacy.

Assignment

The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these Terms. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations in any way without the written permission of the Owner.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Any invalid provision will be interpreted and reformed to the extent reasonably required to render it valid and consistent with its original intent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any controversy resulting from these Terms lies with the courts of Collin County, Texas.

This does not apply to Users qualifying as European Consumers or Consumers based in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, who retain the benefit of their local consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings or a PayPal dispute, Users are encouraged to open a ticket at the support desk inside members.newsmasher.com for the quickest response, or to write to support@newsmasher.com, with a brief description of the dispute and any relevant account or order details. The Owner will respond without undue delay and within 5 business days.

For European Consumers: The European Commission has established an online alternative dispute resolution platform, which can be used for disputes arising from online contracts.

12Definitions and Legal References

Agreement

Any legally binding or contractual relationship between the Owner and the User, governed by these Terms.

Business User

Any User that does not qualify as a Consumer under applicable law.

Consumer

Any User qualifying as a consumer under applicable law in their jurisdiction.

Masher Credits

Universal, cross-platform credits issued by Launch Ninjas, Inc. Masher Credits can be used on any tool in the Masher ecosystem, including NewsMasher, MarketMasher, VidMasher, AIMasher, RSSMasher, BookMasher, BotMasher, BoosterPages, and any future Masher products. Masher Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely; there is no monthly reset and no expiration date. They are not tied to any single product or billing cycle.

Starter Credits

Credits issued specifically to NewsMasher Users at signup and, on paid plans, refilled monthly under their plan. Starter Credits are restricted to use within NewsMasher only and cannot be transferred to other Masher products. On each billing anniversary, unused Starter Credits are replaced by the new month's full allocation and do not carry over.

Keyword Feed

A set of keywords, a news edition, a schedule and settings that tells NewsMasher which subjects to search for trending stories, how many to keep, and what to do with them.

Writing Profile

The voice an article is written in: who the User is, what they sell, what they are working on, plus tone and structure rules. A User may set up as many Writing Profiles as they have brands or personas.

Owner (or We)

Launch Ninjas, Inc., the legal entity that provides this Website and/or the Service to Users. Address: 2150 S Central Expy, Suite 200-58, McKinney, TX 75070-4000.

A good or service available for purchase through this Website, including subscription plans and credit bundles.

Service

The NewsMasher platform and all features provided through this Website as described in these Terms.

Terms

All provisions applicable to the use of this Website and/or the Service as described in this document, including any other related documents or agreements, as updated from time to time.

This Website (or this Application)

The NewsMasher.com property and associated software platform that enables the provision of the Service.

User (or You)

Any natural person or legal entity using this Website or the NewsMasher platform.

AAppendix A: Credit Usage Guide

The following table reflects the default credit costs as of September 9, 2026. The live price of every action is shown on its button inside NewsMasher before you click. Costs may be updated as AI provider pricing changes; any change is communicated in advance per Section 10 of these Terms.

How Credits Are Charged

• Costs are fixed flat fees per action, not estimates or ranges
• You always see the full cost before an action starts; nothing is charged without a click
• Discovery is not charged until a Keyword Feed runs, and a story is not charged until you write it. Skipping a story is free.
• A feed set to write automatically charges the same per-action prices as a manual write

Worked Example, One Article

A typical article with a High quality image and social posts is about 38 credits. The discovery run that found it is charged once per run, not per story.
